Fixed monthly rate against sprint goals.
Pexon charges a fixed monthly rate against written sprint goals, with no hourly tracking. Pods run from €5,000 a month for an operations baseline to €52,500 for a four-person team. Six fixed-price entry sprints start at €4,900, and the first thirty days carry a proof of delivery guarantee.

Sprint goals missed in the first thirty days? You pay €0.
In week one the lead and you fix three to five measurable deliverables in writing. In weeks two to four we extract sources, mask PII and build the first thread through. On day thirty we review code, pipelines and architecture together inside your tenant — then you continue into the monthly pod, or you do not and pay nothing.
What this does and does not cover
What happens if scope changes mid-month?
Backlog items are exchanged in the weekly planning session and the monthly price stays fixed. There is no hourly tracking and no change-request invoice for reprioritising within the agreed sprint capacity.
What costs come on top of the pod rate?
Third-party cloud consumption, model API usage and specialised hardware bill to your own accounts. Interface design and frontend development stay with your team or design agency.
Can we change or end the engagement monthly?
Yes. Pods run month to month. If the sprint goals agreed in writing during week one are missed within the first thirty days, you pay nothing for that period.
