Operating tiers then run per engineer per month: from €3,000 for monitoring, €7,500, €14,500 and €21,000 for one, two and three engineers.

Sprint goals missed in the first thirty days? You pay nothing.
In week one the lead and you fix three to five measurable deliverables in writing. In weeks two to four we open up the sources, mask personal data and build the first thread through to something a person uses. On day thirty we review code, pipelines and architecture together inside your tenant — then the engagement continues into a monthly operating tier, or it does not and you pay nothing for that period.
